This series is perfect for the student that needs a general or basic math class and who might not be planning on a college pathway or middle school students who want an overview of high school math topics.

This is a full course to prepare for high school math with preparation for testing through programs such as the GED or CLEP College Mathematics. Each part is 1 x per week for 15 weeks. Each week will cover a different topic as listed in the syllabus. This subject area includes fundamental topics such as arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and data analysis. Students preparing for the GED Math/CLEP College Mathematics test must develop a solid understanding of equations, ratios, percentages, and basic geometric principles like area and volume. Moreover, they should be adept at interpreting graphs and charts to analyze data effectively. The GED Math section not only assesses computational abilities but also emphasizes problem-solving skills in real-world scenarios, enabling learners to apply mathematics in everyday situations ranging from budgeting finances to planning projects. This class will be great for general math in high school especially for students who do not necessarily want to go to college but want a full high school program with a range of various topics. The parts can be taken in any order and a grade can be given in the course.
