Friendship Girls Club

Are you ready to make some friends from around the world? Let's get together to talk about the things we love most. Each week we will focus on a different topic such as: Would you Rather games, favorite animal (with a how-to drawing activity of farm animals), favorite book (with a fun readers theater dialogue), what you like about yourself (with some poetry writing), what you love about where you live, and a show-and-tell day.

Class experience

When asked to choose a topic for this class from a drop-down box, I chose Heath and Wellness. Having friends is so important to our well-being. It can reduce stress and help us smile. My goal is for outgoing girls, shy girls, and girls in-between to learn that they have value, and what it means to be a good friend.
These are all optional, but do make the class more fun and engaging!

Class 1: Would you Rather questions
Class 2: A pet, or picture/stuffed animal that represents your favorite animal, a piece of paper and pencil for our drawing activity, as well as the diamante poem paper
Class 3: Your favorite book, and print-out of the readers theater skit we will be reading
Class 4: An interesting fact about where you live
Class 5: Tell us at least one thing you like about yourself, as well as the the acrostic and "I am" poetry papers
Class 6: Show and Tell! Bring anything appropriate you would like to share with the class
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
