Class Experience

In this ongoing class, learners will foster positive relationships and find new friendships through socialization, games, activities, trivia, jokes, and chapter book read-alouds. They will have opportunities to show leadership, enhance public speaking skills, and practice listening skills. Most importantly, learners will be encouraged to embrace acceptance and kindness as core values, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment where everyone's uniqueness is celebrated. All are welcome for fun and friendship!

January Topics
Week of Jan. 1: Animals 
Week of Jan. 8: Space
Week of Jan. 15: Science
Week of Jan. 22: Nature

Trivia, Game/Activity, and Joke of the Day will all relate to the topic. Our first read aloud will by The World According to Humphrey by Betty G. Birney. While some topics, games, and activities may be repeated, each class is unique, and learners may remain enrolled as long as they choose.
