This is the group music class for Mrs. Grant's current flute students.
Class experience
This class is a group studio class for Mrs. Grant's current private flute students. We will meet at the end of the school year to play solos, discuss general flute topics, and get projects for summer. In studio class, learners who are taking private lessons will meet with other young flutists. This gives the student an opportunity to be part of a flute community. I have over 30 years experience teaching flute to children and adults. I am a freelance flutist, with a bachelors and masters degree in flute performance. I teach flute privately, and at university, and I enjoy working with students of different playing levels and backgrounds. My students have gone on to be successful band directors, orchestra players, university teachers, and lifelong music lovers!
