Leadership Development: How to Be a Strong and Confident Leader This 8-week class is designed to teach individuals the skills and knowledge needed to become a strong and confident leader. The class will cover a wide range of topics, including the characteristics of a good leader, effective communication, decision making, problem solving, and strategic thinking. Through interactive activities, group discussions and in-class exercises, students will have the opportunity to develop their leadership skills and apply their learning in real-world scenarios. Topics: Week 1 Value of Time Time Management Tips and Tricks How to Plan Week 2 Leadership Qualities - What it means to be a leader and why this is important The Top 10 Qualities of a Good Leader Week 3 Confidence Part 1 - How to Get and Use It Week 4 Confidence Part 2 - How to Face Your Fears and Take Risks Week 5 Leadership Qualities Part 2 - What it means to be a leader and why this is important 20+ Required Qualities of a Good Leader Week 6 Study Skills - What Type of Learner Are You Week 7 Study Skills - How To Listen Week 8 How To Start a Business This class offers a safe, supportive and well structured setting dealing with becoming tweens, pre-teens, and teenagers. It offers fun, healthy relevant conversation, and character building. There are small class sizes, healthy socialization, and creative activities. The flexible schedule (Flex Class) allows your learners to watch the pre-recorded videos and do them at a time that is FUN for them! You can also spend extra time on the topics your child is most interested in. Since this is a flex class with no live meetings, students can log in at a convenient time to complete the week's lesson. We will be going through each week as a group and I will post the lesson weekly (depending on which day you started). The videos will contain the information required to give students a good understanding of each topic, and each one will include homework for the students to undertake during the week. Homework assignments will include writing a list of topics, interests and areas of expertise in which the students might be interested in developing. After watching each video and completing the homework assignments, students will be provided with feedback and the specific next steps to make their vision a reality, including how to write a personal development plan. Timeframe for the Week: Mondays - Teacher will post the information needed for the week. Tuesdays-Wednesday - The teacher can answer any questions pertaining to the topic of the week. The students will need to complete any homework assignments and answer any questions in the class. Thursday - Students need to have all tasks completed and uploaded in the classroom. Friday - The teacher will provide feedback to the class and individual students, students will also be able to engage in peer to peer review and be able to discuss how they went about completing the tasks. Saturday - Sunday - Teacher will be available to answer any questions that the students may have for the week or the next week. Overall, the class aims to empower individuals with the essential skills and knowledge they need to become strong and confident leaders, capable of leading and managing teams, making sound decisions, communicating effectively, solving problems, and driving change.

Parental Guidance
Sensitive topics such as religion, radical politics, and mental illness will be acknowledged and flagged with parents immediately after the class. Equally if anything arises during our discussions which I feel may, in any way, indicate vulnerabilities in any child I will alert the parents immediately. Every class is recorded and only parents will have access to these recordings, allowing them to review topics discussed during the class. This allows for full disclosure and a better understanding of the individual child's needs.

In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Johnathan holds a Bachelors of Science degree and has experience teaching life skills, business, and English to middle and high school students and adults around the world both live in person and online via Zoom.
