Each week in this group, we will explore one specific character building topic. Each week, I may give a scenario or video for the learners to discuss. Each week, I'll post some sort of challenge. I think a good leader is someone who isn't afraid to set examples for others. I'm a great listener, and people enjoy talking to me. I think that it's important to listen to understand than to listen to react.
