The goal is this class is to give a foundation for becoming an effective leader in whatever endeavor life brings. At the end of class there should be a good understanding of the principles that makes leaders different from followers, and how to pursue a life of leadership. 

My career has been leading trans of all sizes as everything from team lead to manager to c level executive. Over the decades I have developed practical leadership and management skills that proceed successful in real life. As to this many hours of study from leadership coaches and authors, and there is a way of"what really works". Now I sell to pass this knowledge set, this understanding, to the next generation of leaders. I explain what I have done, what worked, what didn't, and where to hone developing leadership skills. 

This class is largely based on books and principles by Patrick Lencioni, all of which I highly recommend.
