As a homeschooling mom, I have taught my own children Greek and Latin roots. This has prepared them well for the SAT, and has also helped them in their English classes. I also have a degree in elementary education.
Homework Offered
There will be some optional activities. For example, I will ask the students to be on the lookout for the roots we have studied in class. If they find one of the roots in a book they are reading, they can bring it to class to share with the other students.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class
