English Reading and Writing Skills Ages 8-11

This ongoing course will give learners the skills they need to succeed in English.   We will  develop our comprehension skills through reading and answering questions, build up and develop our grammar skills and knowledge and finally develop our creative writing skills.  Each lesson will be structured through teacher led modelling and class discussion with the aim to produce a piece of writing or respond to questions depending on that days lesson.  My teaching style is relaxed but fun and purposeful as my reviews hopefully show! Learners will interact with me through questioning and I will provide positive and constructive feedback throughout each lesson and also in the classroom.  The main idea here is that learners have access to a 'bundle' of ongoing English lessons for a lesser price than paying individually.  I am a qualified/certified English teacher with 18 years classroom experience and several years teaching online.  I have been teaching English skills successfully for nearly two decades now.
