Power needs to be transferred to the wheels in order for the vehicle to move. The transfer of power needs to accommodate the conditions on the highway, the weight of the vehicle and its passengers, and the performance desired to accelerate. Will identify the different systems like FWD, AWD, RWD, 4WD, Manual transmissions, Automatic transmissions, and CVT transmission types The objectives of this course are - Define the purpose of the drivetrain system - Identify drivetrain components - Describe different drivetrain systems - Inspect drivetrain systems

Hello,
Have an interest in automotive? Maybe you are thinking about a career, or you have a desire to be D-I-Y and work on your own vehicles. If you are aspiring for either one, this might be your time to shine.
I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Management in 2007. After graduating, I found a passion for cars and started from the basics. I've been in the automotive industry for over 14 years. I was a Store Manager at a major automotive repair center and I also taught automotive classes at my local community college.
I first started working and training with Lexus and Toyota. As I've gained knowledge and experience, I moved my way up the ladder and now I'm excited to teach this course to help others in understanding automotive basics.
My goal is to introduce a class that is easy to understand and become a resource for students in the future. At the end of each class, students should have an understanding of the current topic. The goal is to understand the functions of a car and provide self-help when running into issues or avoiding costly mistakes.Reviews
