In this class, students will draw and create their own dragon! We will create our dragons step-by-step - at the end of class everyone will have a chance to show off their creations to receive individual praise and positive feedback. I always tell students that my creation is just an example of what they can make- they are encouraged to use their imaginations and creativity in this class! They can make any changes or substitutions they want. Students can keep their microphones on, so they can socialize with me and the other students through out the class, but it is not required - as some are not comfortable with it. I will be drawing digitally on the computer, so that my hand is not in the way. This is a fun and easy class, so no drawing experience is required! Depending on class size, we may run a few minutes over or under the scheduled time.

Hello Families!
My name is Nicole - my students usually call me Ms. Cole. I graduated from ASU Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts with a double major in Design Studies - with a focus in 3D modeling and digital fabrication; and the other in Art Studies - with a focus in fashion and studio art.
I have a passion for the arts and really enjoy creating with clay and drawing in my free time. I love teaching fashion, drawing, and art classes; as well as early learning foundations for preschool and pre-k.
I am a multi-certified lead teacher for toddlers, preschool, and pre-k. I taught preschool and pre-k for five years, and I absolutely loved it!
I am a homeschool mom to my amazing daughter who keeps me on my toes and helps me come up with exciting new class ideas all the time.
I can't wait to see you in class!
