I will start with introductions followed by a song to get out the wiggles as well as to build interest in the story. . Then I will introduce "The Clock Struck One: A Time-Telling Tale" by Trudy Harris. Next, I will read the story pausing to ask the students questions to check the students' comprehension as well as to tell the time that is displayed on the clock in the story. Then students will practice telling time on the hour. At the end of the lesson, students will participate in a closing song.

All kids can learn. It's my pleasure as a teacher to get the opportunity to help your child learn. I have 31 years of varied classroom teaching experience including preschool, kindergarten, first, third, and fifth grades. I also have two years of experience as an online ESL teacher. I have my Masters of Science in Elementary Education from Southwest Missouri State University. I love teaching kids! I have a passion and a love in my heart for helping kids.
