Description
Class Experience
Students will develop an understanding of hiring for service values, discovering the customer journey, and effective customer service recovery.
Although there is no homework for this class, students will be provided a PDF document to follow along and save for future reference.
A one-page handout will be provided prior to class for the student's personal resource as they follow along in class.
Students will need to type a very brief essay at the end of the class, which will demonstrate their level of competency on the subject.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Parents or guardians should supervise children during the live Zoom session to ensure Outschool safety and security policies are being respected.
