Class Experience

This class is designed as a one-on-one private tutoring class that is customized to meet your student where they are based on the information you provide. Whether your student is just learning to read, needs help practicing their reading skills, or needs help with reading comprehension, I will create a class to best support your student's reading needs.

I believe that all students can learn; they just need the right environment to thrive. My goal is to create a safe and fun learning environment for students to reignite their love for reading.

Each class will begin with a couple of icebreaker activities so that I can get to know the student and assess where their reading level is at. Then we will move on to the fun part, reading, and then reassess their level and provide feedback on what they can continue to work on. If there is a particular topic that your student loves, please let me know so that I can find a book that would help spark that interest. No need to provide the books as I will share my screen so that we can read together.

When enrolling your student for the private tutoring lesson, please provide me with as much information as you can regarding your student's experience with reading so that I can tailor the lesson to best suit your student's needs.
