This hands-on, four-part flex class will discuss: Formulas for profit and loss statements, charts, relative and absolute references, autofill, autocomplete, data tables, flash fill, conditional formatting, grouping multiple worksheets and more. This is the first segment of the Excel portion of the technology applications class that I taught in middle school for 20 years. I wrote the curriculum based on skill requirements set by the state of Texas. The Excel portion is divided into two basic parts. Week 1 – Profit and Loss Statements, charts Week 2 – Relative and absolute references, auto fill, autocomplete Week 3 – Creating data tables, flash fill Week 4 – Conditional formatting, grouping multiple worksheets Needed for this class: Computer with video, sound and document saving capability, newer version of Microsoft Excel (2019 or Office 365) preferred
