Class Experience
This hands-on, four-day camp introduces the learner to Microsoft Excel. This class will present the excel screen, excel terminology, rows, columns, sheet tabs, formatting cells and cell ranges, simple formulas, converting cells to formulas, simple functions, the fill handle, merge and center and more. The learner will gain a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel program so they can use it to perform tasks.
• 20 years teaching middle and high school (dual credit) • 17+ years teaching at college level • Master of Science in Computer Education and Cognitive Systems • Microsoft Office Specialist in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Completion of projects
3 hours 20 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Needed for this class: Computer with video, sound and document saving capability, newer version of Microsoft Excel (2019 or Office 365) preferred
