LIVE Online Art Class: Create Your Anime Character!

**PARENTS PLEASE NOTE:**  
PREREQUISITE: Please make sure your learner has already taken my beginner class, "Draw an Anime Self-Portrait, or has previous successful experience drawing anime. This class WILL be difficult for students who have never drawn anime before.

In this intermediate/advanced level class, learners will be guided in several sketch/practice drawings of figures in Anime style. Each week we will concentrate on a different aspect of the anime character, such as a 3/4 view face, sitting, standing, moving, body proportions, hands, feet, and clothes. 

My teaching style involves breaking the process down into smaller, easy-to-follow steps. I pace the class according to the needs of the students; if needed, I give fast finishers a break, allowing students who need more time to complete their work, the time to do so, and even then, finishing before class ends is NOT the objective. The examples in the picture are only suggestive; students may also request a particular favorite if time allows.
My classes are intended to be fun, informative, and a safe place to take artistic risks and make mistakes--that is experimentation, which artists do all the time!
At the end of class, students will be invited to share their creations no matter what their progress is.
