In this fun, four-week class, students will learn to draw a variety of fun objects in the popular "Kawaii" (Japanese term for "cute") style. Students will learn what the term means, and how to draw the physical characteristics of Kawaii style on each object. No prior drawing experience or knowledge of Kawaii style is necessary! As a licensed art teacher, I have developed techniques for breaking down drawing lessons into simple, easy-to-follow steps. Once we get the basics done, I give my students freedom to complete their project using their own imagination, thereby giving them the opportunity to take what I have taught them to a different, fun and creative level.
