Go team, go! Cheerleading teaches teamwork, discipline, physical fitness, and working towards something bigger than yourself. I am so excited to combine my skills of being a former NCAA Division 1 cheerleader, and a professionally lisenced teacher to teach children correct stretching, motions, cheers, jumps, and kicks! Class will begin with introductions and expectations. We will then stretch to music. Once warmed up, aspiring cheerleaders will learn correct motions. We will then learn and practice jumps and kicks, and then put it all together into game time cheers! Class will always be fun, upbeat, and have a positive atmosphere! Learners do not need any prior experience for this class!
