Welcome to our online social group for gymnasts, cheerleaders, tumblers, and dancers! This is a place where athletes from all around the world come together to share their love for the sport. Our group is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment where athletes can socialize, make new friends, and learn from each other. This group is not an instructional class, but rather a space to share your skills, provide ideas and insights on ways to improve, and gain new skills, all while...
Learners will connect, chat, and make friends with other athletes, while showing off their skills, and giving and receiving advice in an uplifting environment.
As a gymnast and acrobat for 9 years, coach for 7 years, and a certified personal trainer, I love sharing my passion for health, fitness, and gymnastics with all my students!
While we do not learn any skills in this class, are topics and challenges often encourage students to practice tumbling, jumps, or stretches. It is important that any skill the learner chooses to do is one they have already mastered and can perform safely. In addition, learners should be practicing in a safe environment with a soft mat (free of an obstacles), and always with parental supervision.
