Students will be challenged in a fast paced, soccer endurance training class! Students will learn new skills weekly while increasing their level of fitness in this Ongoing class.

Class experience

Students will learn the importance of cardiovascular health with the goal of building a healthy, lifelong habits. Students will also learn strength exercises using a resistance band or hand weights and soccer dribbling techniques.

This extended format of the Ongoing class will allow for discussions on teamwork, leadership, and collaboration.
1 Resistance Tube or Band and 1 Soccer Ball are required. I use an Easy Strength Resistance Tube with Handles. Resistance Tubes are recommended. It is best for students to start with an Easy or Medium Strength Tube.

Hand weights (lightweight dumbbells) can be used in place of the Resistance Band. 2-10 lb. weights are recommended.
This class can take place inside or outside. Students should have water nearby and plenty of space to perform exercises. I recommend an area of 10x10 feet.
This class is a physical class and will increase the student's heart rate. It is recommended to make sure student's recognize their own fitness level and do not overexert themselves
