💡 Is your child curious about Canva but not sure where to start? This beginner-friendly class is a great way to explore digital design in a fun, easy-to-follow format. The full class is broken into short, digestible video lessons that walk your child through Canva’s main features. They’ll learn how to add and edit images and text, move things around on the page, and use templates to bring their ideas to life. 🎨 There’s no pressure to complete one perfect project. This class is all about building a strong foundation. When they’re done, your child will have the skills to begin (or continue) creating their own unique designs at their own pace. Whether they want to make birthday cards, vision boards, or just explore, this is a great first step into the world of digital creativity. ✨ If they enjoy the class, they’ll be ready to take on more creative projects in my other Canva offerings! The free version of Canva works great for this class.

Hi! 👋
I’m Christy, and I love helping kids get creative and feel confident using Canva. I taught myself how to use it and now use Canva all the time for my own designs and projects. Because I’ve learned by doing, I understand how to make things simple and encouraging for beginners.
My goal is to help kids feel comfortable exploring their ideas, whether they’re learning through a video lesson or creating alongside me in a live session. Many of my students start out just wanting to learn the basics, and before long, they’re coming up with their own projects and imagining what’s possible. Watching that spark happen is my favorite part of teaching. 💜
I can’t wait to see where your child’s creativity takes them!
