This class is a perfect way for dancers to learn protect themselves from incurring injury due to muscle weakness or low range of motion. (CLASS CAN BE TAUGHT AS A PRIVATE UPON REQUEST)

Class experience

Students will need a yoga mat or towel if working on a hard surface.
Safety for the student physical fitness routine is important.  Please let me know of any previous or current injuries that may affect/limit their participation in the class, so we can work around them during the lesson.  Please have the student in an open workout space enough for the student to kick their leg and move freely.  Footwear that is right for the student's floor.  Water close by if needed, and any adequate stretching beforehand.
