Through a combination of Canva lectures and open discussions, students will acquire a fundamental understanding of each essential vitamin and mineral, their importance, and the various food sources from which they can be obtained. Key topics covered will include: - Introduction to Nutrients - In-depth exploration of Fat-Soluble Vitamins (Vitamin A, E, D, and K) - Comprehensive examination of Water-Soluble Vitamins (Vitamin B and Vitamin C) - In-depth analysis of Macro Minerals and Electrolytes (Calcium, Chlorine, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Sodium, and Sulfur) - Detailed overview of Trace Minerals (Chromium, Zinc, Iron, and Selenium) - Exploration of Antioxidants (vitamins A, C, and E, as well as minerals copper, zinc, and selenium) - Understanding free radicals and their impacts on health - Identification of the Food Sources rich in Essential Nutrients - Recognition of Deficiency Symptoms It should be noted that the focus of the class will solely be on the food sources of vitamins and minerals, with no discussion of their supplemental use **If you Do not See a Time that Works for You, Please Message Me and We can Try to Arrange a More Suitable TIme for Your Learner**
