Artsy ABC's - Let's Draw Through the Alphabet!: FLEX Class

I cannot wait to draw through the alphabet with your young learners! Each week, I will demonstrate, step by step new drawings so your little artist can simply follow along and draw their own. Letters will be presented and posted in order (2 per week) and are a fun way to keep those little hands creative.

Whether your learner is just learning or already mastered their ABCs, this fun class will be a great resource to reinforce the basic phonetic sounds in a creative way. My drawings will feature child-friendly themes and I will sometimes offer options such as mermaids or monsters one week with the following week featuring a ninja!

Each week, I will post a new video with step by step instructions on our drawings. Video lessons are bite-sized so your learner can pay attention and not get overwhelmed at just about 7 - 10 minutes each letter. I share two letters per week and each letter has an uppercase picture as well as a lower case picture. Children can follow along and pause and re-watch as many times as they need to as they draw. Then they will share them in the classroom so all of their classmates can see their beautiful creations! Learners can share a photo of the drawings or even a quick 30-60 second video of them describing what they have drawn. There will be plenty of encouragement and feedback for each learner. 

Students will interact with their classmates by sharing their artwork and seeing what the other students have done as well. This sometimes prompts learners to go back to add additional details to their own artwork! Positive student conversation and feedback is also encouraged. Students love to share their work with peers and get written responses.
