Art and You: Private Art Class for Kids and Teens | 45 Minutes

Bring your art to life - one masterpiece at a time!

This personalized art class is perfect for shy artists, those wanting to improve art techniques, or anyone needing to work on portfolio pieces. 

As a professional artist trained in old master drawing and painting techniques, my GOAL is to teach aspiring artists the tools to create independently and confidently. 

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Every lesson is personalized, ensuring artists learn how to draw or paint using the subjects they're most passionate about—whether it’s animals, people, objects, and more! These classes are laid-back, friendly, and tailored to each learner's pace while covering key techniques like proportions, anatomy, texture, shading, light and shadow, edges, details, highlights, gesture (expression), and more. I will be working alongside artists to better demonstrate techniques and to show that making mistakes are normal!

Art takes time and patience, and every session is designed not only to teach valuable skills but also to provide the opportunity to apply them to in personalized projects. Together, we’ll turn art’s mysteries into a toolkit artists can use to confidently tackle any drawing or painting.

GETTING STARTED:
Please look through my availability for a time that works for you. If you don't see a time, message me so that I can do my best to accommodate you. Before our first class, I will be reaching out for some pictures of your learner's artwork and to see what their goal is to better know and help your artist on their journey. For those needing guidance with portfolio development, I will be needing the requirements of what the school is looking for.
