Students will learn everything about the game Animal Crossing: New Horizons in this social, ongoing gaming club. Beginners will learn elements like knowledge of where to go, speaking with Tom Nook, getting villagers to come to your island, usage/earning miles and bells, building bridges and ramps, and much more. More advanced students will learn elements like manipulating the turnip market, creative landscaping and general post-game island development, the island layout and organization, collecting and trading rare items, and more. Most importantly, students will be able to socialize and engage with one another through a discussion of one of their favorite games! Each student in this group of seven learners will receive direct one-on-one attention from the instructor in each lesson. The instructor will answer each learner's individual set of questions - creating a fun, engaging, discussion-based classroom environment! **Students are encouraged to bring their Nintendo Switch to class.** How this ongoing class works: - Students can join the course at any point. No information from prior classes will be needed to join. - This format offers greater flexibility to families as they can come and go as they please. - Students will engage in a 'Q&A and Play' each session - making for an active and social learning environment in each class every week.
