This is a 2 session class on how to find the factors and multiples of a number. We will also discuss Greatest Common Factor (GCF) and Least Common Multiple (LCM). This is an ideal course as an introduction or as a review. The student will be given a printable worksheet lines that will be used during class. Week 1Lesson 1Understanding FactorsIn this lesson we will define factors and learn to find factors with factor trees and identify the Greatest Common Factor of multiple numbers.Week 2Lesson 2Understanding MultiplesIn this lesson we will define multiples and learn to find multiples and identify the Least Common Multiple of numbers.

I have a B.S. in Secondary Mathematics Education from the University of South Florida. I have experience teaching Pre-Algebra, Algebra, and Geometry in a public Middle School. I have 10+ years of experience as a math tutor for ages 11 to 18.
