Welcome to Algebra 1! This course is designed to lay a solid foundation in algebra, equipping you with the skills and confidence to tackle a variety of mathematical challenges. Whether you're aiming to strengthen your problem-solving abilities or prepare for future math courses, this class will guide you through the essential concepts of algebra with engaging and interactive methods. How Is the Class Structured? The course follows a blend of direct instruction, guided practice, and independent learning. Each week, students will participate in interactive lessons that include problem-solving exercises. Quizzes and Unit tests ensure students master each topic before moving forward. How Will I Teach? My teaching style is student-centered and highly interactive. I focus on making math relatable and engaging by integrating visual supports, and technology into lessons. Interaction and Support Students in this course will have regular opportunities to interact with me through live sessions. One-on-one tutoring can be provided at an additional cost. I am committed to providing personalized feedback and support, ensuring that each student receives the guidance they need to succeed. Parents are encouraged to stay involved through regular progress updates and are welcome to reach out with any concerns or questions.
