- This class introduces kids to the basics of AI and machine learning. Through hands-on projects, they’ll learn how to train AI models using the Teachable Machine platform to recognize objects, gestures, and faces. Topics Covered: - Introduction to Artificial Intelligence and machine learning - Image classification and recognition - Training models using the Teachable Machine platform - Collecting data for AI training - Testing and improving AI model accuracy - Real-world applications of AI Structure of the class - The class is structured around a series of hands-on projects. Kids will start with basic AI concepts and then move on to building and training their own models using Teachable Machine. - Each session will include explanations of key concepts, followed by practical tasks where students create and test their AI models. How will we teach? - The class will focus on interactive learning, with students directly engaging in AI projects. They will train their models in real-time, experimenting with different data inputs and seeing how their models improve. - We’ll use examples from everyday life to make AI concepts more relatable and fun. Our teaching style? - Our teaching style is hands-on and engaging, making AI accessible and enjoyable for kids.
