Description
Class Experience
Wesley Schantz has taught various Tolkien courses on Outschool for Signum Academy, the branch of Signum University geared towards younger learners. He has studied and worked with Corey Olsen, the Tolkien Professor, from whose work he has drawn and adapted ideas for this course. See here for more on Signum: https://signumuniversity.org/academy/
Students with an interest in fantastic storytelling in any medium are welcome. No specific background knowledge is required to participate.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
