My name is Namira, I like to draw and read. It's colorful, cheerful and makes me happy. I drew it because I like food and rainbows and I was feeling creative.

As a cancer survivor, I am always trying to make up for my own perceived loss of time during treatment. Often I work like a machine - balancing school, dance, kickline, acrobatics, work, art and time with my friends. Similarly, dance requires perfection. There is no gray. You either nail it or you don’t. This creates tremendous stress which I struggled with for many years. The juxtaposition of the dancer and the machinery represents how I am overwhelmed by my own expectations.

I like cats and drawing! Cardamom and Putchie are my cats, and they are really cute. They make me feel very happy and I like them a lot.

I was inspired by the a kingdom that is small, living amongst the trees and mushrooms. This piece makes me both excited and proud to share.

Hi my name is Cristina! This piece was inspired by one of the protagonists in my favorite novel series, The Powerless trilogies' Kai Azer. In the story his childhood is full of battles. The battles of his own fears and the battles of protecting the people he loves. In biodiversity hotspots like Brazil, Costa Rica, and Thailand, I was surrounded by multitudes of vibrant birds and colorful flowers. Hi,I'm Olivia I drew this during Covid while worried about things in the world & we stayed at home a lot. First the virus, sick people, then the fires in our neighborhood, houses burnt, smoke was everywhere. I saw littering everywhere too at the beach and water showed high bacteria. The world felt stressed like me. I wished for something to change all of that. 2026 is the Year of the Horse in the Chinese lunar calendar. Both my grandpas, from my dad’s side and my mom’s side, were born in the Year of the Horse.
