Art Showcase Submission Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in the Outschool Visual Arts Showcase! To qualify, please make sure your entry follows these guidelines:

Outschool Community Standards: 

• All art must be an original creation by a learner between the ages of 6 and 18.
• If anyone is visible in your photo or video submission, they must be fully clothed. 
• Your submission cannot contain any of the following:
  
  • Inappropriate content for kids (including nudity, violence, self-harm, or drugs)
  • Copyright or originality issues (including copied characters, logos, or AI-generated content)
  • Promotional materials
  • Swearing, slurs or curse words
  • Cultural or identity harm (including stereotypes or caricatures of cultures)
  • Religious or political content
  • Personally identifying information, such as your child’s full name, school, or address

Technical Requirements:

• Please submit a clear image or video of your art (no larger than 150mb).
• Please ensure your art is well-lit.
• Please make sure your art is centered and the focal point of your entry.

Re-Submissions:

• If there are any issues with your entry, you may get an email from us asking you to resubmit. In this case, only your latest re-submission will be eligible for judging.
