Looking to submit a video into the Outschool Music Talent Showcase? You’re in the right place! Your video must follow the Outschool Community Standards in order to be eligible:
- No swearing, slurs or bad words, even if it’s officially in the music. Please censor yourself so that your song can be listened to by anyone. If we see this, we won’t be able let you back in!
- If you must dance, please make sure your dance moves are appropriate for all ages. If your dance moves aren’t appropriate, we won’t be able to let you back in!
- The only performer in the submission should be your learner that’s between the ages of 6 and 18.
- Parents and adults, please limit your help to behind the scenes and behind the camera.
- We care about your privacy! Please make sure that you have no identifying information such as your full name, schools, addresses, or signs in your video.
- Please cover up and dress appropriately for your performance.
Please make sure your video hits our technical requirements for your best chance of winning:
- The audio in your recording must be clear so we can hear the contestant
- The contestant’s face must be visible and well lit so that we can see your performance
- The contestant must be framed well and the focus of the video
- Make sure the performance must be between 2-3 minutes long.
Re-Submissions
- If your entry has already been accepted, you’re done! Any resubmissions will not be needed or considered.
- If you’re eligible for re-submission, we will only consider your latest submission for judging.
