I like to draw. I draw in many different styles. I saw a new art style that was popular on YouTube, so I decided to see if I could do it. I feel some sadness when I look at her.

I competitively figure skate. I am at the ice rink almost everyday for about 2 hours. People tend to underestimate figure skating, saying it's petty or materialistic. Or they're impressed, only seeing the stage and the dresses, not the work it took to get there. Hard work, perseverance, and effort all go into it. The friends, coaches, and supportive parents all play a role making even daily practice wonderful. There's always something about stepping out onto the ice that always feels magical.

Hi, I’m Aster, I’m 14 I love learning about the natural world, especially birds. I’ve decided to digitally draw 13 of my personal favourite bird species. from left to right; Common crow, Rufous-green kingfisher, European starling, Ruffed grouse, White-throated magpie-jay, Red-headed woodpecker, Eurasian siskin, Steller’s jay, Costa’s hummingbird, Great blue heron, Blue crane, Crested coua, Domesticated goose. I drew this in procreate. It took me 13 hours making it one of my hardest works yet.

I am 11 years old and I enjoy photography. My mom says I have a good photography eye and see things in pictures to catch certain moments.

I drew this artwork as a reminder of both downtown Charleston, SC & downtown Augusta, GA. Downtown Charleston has the cobblestone streets and a candy store by the market I would go to buy candy from with my family. The dress I drew in the window reminds me of an alteration shop in downtown Augusta I once visited and saw a beautiful dress in the window of the store. Both places make me feel nice and sweet because I've had great experiences at those places and loved putting them into my artwork.

I love art and have been studying it since preschool. I spend much of my free time at art classes or drawing in my sketchbook. This art was inspired by the snow we had this year and my love for nature especially highland cows. I hope to be an artist when I grow up.

2026 is the Year of the Horse in the Chinese lunar calendar. Both my grandpas, from my dad’s side and my mom’s side, were born in the Year of the Horse. I like horses because they are cool and strong. I drew a horse’s head for the Year of the Horse and used my imagination to make it special. I felt very happy while making this artwork. I hope people smile when they see my horse.

Sometimes when I am board I start by drawing a line. And sometimes I am like "oh it could be this!" so this piece was used to represent that with a bunch of lines turning into a bunch of different things.

I was inspired to draw this colorful abstract cat because I am obsessed with cats. the colors in the back are like me because i am hyper and colorful. I’ve moved a lot throughout my life, and along the journey I have been inspired by the people around me. I was born in St.Louis, then moved to Connecticut, then to Shanghai, back to St.Louis, and I’m currently in Chicago. I made a ton of friends but also said goodbye to many of them. My painting depicts two people promising to stay in touch and how much their friendship means. My friends inspire me as a person and I could’t ask for better friends.

I am a multi media artist, sometimes I’m sewing, sometimes I’m drawing, and sometimes I’m sculpting. This is my most recent piece, she is a bengal tiger, her name being a reference to life of pi’s bengal tiger Richard Parker. She makes me feel peace, she is content with comfort but she still looks for things other people won’t see.

The candles feel like a big inspiration for me, and I love the contrast with the background. It makes it feel like fire and water, and how they are separate, but go well together. It is very big, vibrant, and bold, but simple at the same time.

This piece was inspired by Greek mythology, specifically the story of Icarus. This piece is representing the last moments of Icarus’s plummet to the Icarian sea which the sea was named after. This piece makes was a slight depression vibe because of the final moments of reflection of Icarus’s life, and I wonder if he thought he had a good life and if he did okay and what awaits him next, but our eyes will simply never live to tell the tale.

Copper's eyes are the focal point of the piece, nailing them was my inspiration. The drawing makes me feel accomplished and capable as an artist and excited to grow in the skill.
