Students will slowly be able to improve their focus, sense of calm and flexibility as well as all round fitness. 
I am a certified yoga teacher through the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre
Please make sure your child has enough open space so that they don't bang in to anything and that the position of their exercise mat can be clearly seen from the computer camera. Yoga is best done without socks so that learners don't slip and comfortable clothing can be worn. The exercises done in class will be very gentle but of course may not be suited for those recovering from injury or illness. No inversions (handstands, headstands etc) will be done in this beginner class but of course please feel free to supervise your learner if you wish.
