課堂經歷
A simple yoga practice to start your day right. The class will include 5 minutes of breathing exercises at the beginning of the class and 5 minutes of final relaxation (lying down meditation) at the end of the class. In between we will practice the ancient surya namaskar sequence along with some other yoga postures to improve focus, flexibility and strength. Each new posture will be clearly demonstrated so that learners feel comfortable and confident at all times. 5 minutes: Breathing...

Please make sure your child has enough open space so that they don't bang in to anything and that the position of their exercise mat can be clearly seen from the computer camera. Yoga is best done without socks so that learners don't slip and comfortable clothing can be worn. The exercises done in class will be very gentle but of course may not be suited for those recovering from injury or illness. No inversions (handstands, headstands etc) will be done in this beginner class but of course please feel free to supervise your learner if you wish.
