I have been the Coordinator for a hospital-based sleep disorders lab for the last 10 years and am a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist. I have worked with thousands of patients over the years with sleep disorders and one of the most common questions is about their dreams. How do dreams and science fit together? Well, dreams have a purpose for your brain! As a former middle school science teacher, let me lead your student on a quest to understand dreams.
Activities are not mandatory and can be adapted to fit the needs of each individual learner. No assignments given in class. No reading out loud.
