課堂經歷

Learners will discover that it's ok to make mistakes and have fun trying again - that's why yoga is a practice.

They will also learn that trying new things is important, and they are stronger than they knew.
I have been teaching yoga to all ages and abilities for nearly 15 years.
Yoga mat, water, loose clothes, a sense of humour.
This workshop includes the instruction of physical activity. Parents should ensure their learner has adequate space (slightly wider than their arm span in all directions). Water should be available to the learner at all times, and the learner is required to warm up for five minutes prior to class. This includes activities such as jumping jacks and jogging in place - if it is safe to do so in your space. 

Learners should not practice on a slippery surface. A yoga mat is recommended; however, modifications can be provided for every pose should it be dangerous to perform without the traction of a mat that is made specifically for yoga.

Grown-ups, the most important thing for your learner to know prior to taking this class is that if something doesn't feel good, stop immediately. Every learner is unique; please ensure your learner knows this prior to the class, as self-consciousness can be a distraction from their practice (but expected and welcome).
