Comfortable clothes and a safe spot to move around (make sure you have enough space to lie down with arms and legs out, choose a spot that doesn't have toys or things that could trip you.). A Yoga mat is great, but not required. I don't recommend using towels or blankets in place of a Yoga mat, as those can cause students to trip or slip.

Please provide an open workout space free of any items that could potentially trip or cause the learner to slip. Slip-proof socks or bare feet, a water bottle, and comfortable clothing are suggested for this class.  While I will be providing instruction in poses that are suitable for beginner students, adult supervision is still recommended.
