兒童股市 101

During this class, students will learn the fundamental basics of the Stock Market process.  In this class I will break down what the stock market process with the students. The students will be researching their companies with my guidance and playing the Stock Market Game with a $100,000 virtual cash during the second session of the class.

Topics that will be covered are:
- Why the stock market exists
- How publicly traded companies work (VS Private)
- When to sell, when to buy
- Apps for trading stocks
- What are penny stocks?
- What are Capital Gains?
-Key Vocabulary Terms

For some classes, I will ask Mr. Andrae to give additional information to students that need some additional support in understanding the www.finance.yahoo.com chart and also the howthemarketworksgame.com
