Learners will be given one challenge per letter of the alphabet to complete at home. These challenges are optional but can help children to practice mindfulness techniques and to create good habits. Learners will also be give a breathing technique for each letter of the alphabet for them to practice at home. We will practice these during the class but it is useful for learners to practice independently in a quiet environment.
