課堂經歷

I've been teaching yoga for over eleven years. I hold a 200 Hour Vinyasa certification and I am a Kidding Around Yoga Teacher. I have a Master of Arts in Teaching and have taken numerous continuous education credits in children's yoga.

Yoga is a physical exercise. As with all exercise, there is a possible risk of injury. Learners should listen to their bodies and if they feel discomfort or pain discontinue the activity. Learners are encouraged to take breaks as needed.

Learners will need a clear, flat space free of furniture and toys to move safely. Learners should be barefoot or in yoga socks (the kind with grips on the bottom.) Learners should hydrate before and after class. Water in class is optional. 

This is a beginner yoga class. We will NOT practice advanced poses or inversions like headstands that can put strain on the neck and spine.
