What will be taught?

Phonics and Decoding: Understanding letter sounds and blending them to form words.
Sight Words: Building a strong foundation of commonly used words.

Vocabulary Building: Expanding your child's word knowledge.

Class Structure:
Each session will be 30 minutes long and will include:

Warm-Up: Quick review of previous lessons and introduction to the day's focus.
Skill Practice: Engaging activities tailored to the student's reading level (phonics, sight words, etc.).
Reading Practice: Guided reading of age-appropriate texts to build fluency and comprehension.
Wrap-Up: Recap of the lesson and preview of the next session.
Class Format:

1:1 Tutoring: Personalized instruction tailored to your child's specific needs.
Small Group (Optional): If you prefer a group setting, small group sessions of 3-4 students can be arranged.
Learning Goals:

Improve reading fluency and confidence.
Enhance comprehension and critical thinking skills.
Build a strong foundation in phonics and vocabulary.
Materials Needed:

A notebook and pencil for note-taking.
Access to a printer for any provided worksheets (optional).
A quiet, distraction-free environment for the tutoring session.
