Join my princess-themed exercise party as we work out like princesses, go on adventures, and have a great time! During this class, we will go on an adventure together with different scenarios. We will first practice our swimming motions like the Princess of the sea, we will ride a magic carpet like the Princess of Agrabah, we will defeat the ice monsters like the Ice Queen, we will try to avoid the...
Each student will learn about the importance of being a princess and how to work together as a team to overcome obstacles. Each student is required to have an area in your house, object-free, to allow your child to move around carefully. This class is meant to involve movement therefore the student must maintain caution while exercising.
