課堂經歷
In this one time class, students will assemble a penguin in the snow with the teacher. Students will learn to speak in complete sentences about their scene, with a focus on colors, winter words, and the parts of the penguin in French. Students will be sent the manipulatives prior to class. Before class, students should cut out the shapes with a parent. In class, student should bring a piece of paper to glue their scene on, shapes cut out, glue/glue stick, and coloring utensils. At the end of class, students will be able to describe the weather and their cute penguin all in French!

Students will learn colors in French.
Students will learn to describe parts of a penguin in French.

Bonjour! I am Madame Heather and I am a licensed French teacher for ages preK-12. I have 14 years teaching experience in the classroom and over 4 years teaching experience online. I have a BA in French, an MA in Sociolinguitics, and I have lived in the south of France where I taught ESL. I am an engaging teacher who focuses first on making the student feel comfortable learning a new language in a natural way. I believe learning a language should be fun and I also like to use manipulatives to keep students moving during class.
