The students will learn the names of muscles, proper exercise form, resistance training terms (eccentric, concentric, isometric, etc.).  
I have been a certified personal trainer for many years, and I have been an avid fitness enthusiast for over twenty years.  
- Ample space for the student to exercise
- Gym shoes that are tied securely
- Access to water
- Feel free to play music during the class, just keep in mind that you will also need to hear me as well, so don't blare the music too loud!
