Do you want to be a leader who stands up for what is right? In this interactive class, students will explore what it means to have integrity, make wise choices, and lead with confidence. Through real-life scenarios, engaging discussions, and fun activities, we’ll learn how to develop strong character traits like honesty, courage, and kindness.Each week, we’ll focus on an important leadership principle.

This class is discussion-based, interactive, and fun! Students will participate in storytelling, problem-solving activities, and role-playing scenarios to apply what they learn in real life. By the end of the course, they will feel more confident in their ability to lead with integrity.

Perfect for students who:
want to grow in confidence and leadership skills, are interested in making wise choices and standing up for what’s right, and who
enjoy interactive discussions and engaging activities.

Introduction to Leadership – What Makes a Leader?
 In this first week, students will explore the basic qualities of a leader. They’ll learn what leadership means, why it’s important, and how anyone can be a leader, regardless of age. Students will participate in activities that demonstrate leadership skills in action and discover how to lead by example.

Integrity – Doing the Right Thing Even When No One is Watching
 Integrity is at the heart of good leadership. In Week 2, students will learn what integrity means, why it’s important, and how it affects every decision we make. Through role-playing scenarios, they’ll practice making choices based on integrity and explore the long-term impact of being honest and trustworthy.

Building Confidence – Believing in Yourself as a Leader
 Confidence is a vital trait for any leader. This week, students will learn strategies to build their self-confidence, overcome self-doubt, and embrace their strengths. Through fun activities and group discussions, students will gain practical tools to help them feel more confident in their decisions and leadership roles.

Teamwork – Leading and Working Together
 Great leaders know how to work with others and help teams succeed. In Week 4, students will focus on teamwork, learning how leaders foster collaboration and communication. They’ll practice working together on a group project, developing skills like cooperation, compromise, and conflict resolution.

With over 15 years of experience working with children in a variety of settings, I have developed a deep understanding of child development, leadership principles, and the unique needs of young learners. My background includes working in both educational and extracurricular environments, where I have led and mentored students through challenges, team-building exercises, and character development.

Throughout my career, I have taught a wide range of subjects and skills, including social-emotional learning, confidence building, and leadership training. I have seen firsthand the profound impact that leadership skills—such as integrity, teamwork, and resilience—can have on children’s growth, both academically and personally.

I’m passionate about equipping children with the tools they need to become compassionate, confident leaders who can navigate challenges and inspire others around them. My approach is grounded in creating a supportive, interactive learning environment where each student feels valued, heard, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
