- These creative reading and writing sessions will enable learners to create fantasy characters, and stories.
- Each lesson we will look at a different aspect of mythical legends, and/or the creatures also within it.  This will be followed by a section where learners create their own imaginative stories and creatures.
- We with each learner reading information from the pre-prepared slides.  Every learner will have the opportunity to comment on the text, generating ideas for their written work.  Learners are able to create a piece of imaginative writing, and/or drawings, whilst I guide and assist every learner individually.  Learners creative pieces can be read out at the end, if they are willing.
-  The first part of the session will be lead by me, though I do like learners to interact as much as possible.  I will set the tasks in the middle, but learners begin to take over now.  The final part of session is where learners will do the majority of the interaction.
-  I like to keep things as fun as possible, so learners retain the information easier.
-  Interaction from learners will start from the very beginning of the session, and it will get progressively more throughout.  Each learner will speak to both me, and the other learners, and I may ask them all to use the interactive whiteboard.
-  This is an ongoing class, so learners are welcome to attend whichever sessions they want.  Each session stands alone, so no previous experience or knowledge is required.  Just bring your imaginations, and an interest in myths and fantasy creatures!
