- These creative reading and writing sessions will enable learners to create imaginative stories. - Each lesson we will look at a piece of children's literature, and talk about words/sentences used. This will be followed by an individual topic each session, where learners create their own imaginative writing. - We begin with a warm up, then go straight into a piece of children's text. - The books explored are aimed for learners aged 8 to 12. - Learners are required to participate by creating their own ideas, either by drawing pictures, and/or writing descriptions. - Learners are also required to share their work, either verbally during the class, or by sending their work to me on Outschool. - Learners need to switch their cameras on at the beginning of the class, for me to take the register.
