Readers will practice skills including but not limited to: retell, summary, new vocabulary, inferencing, predicting, making text to self connections, life skills, and social skills. 

While I've never been a gymnast, my 12 year old daughter is a level six competitive gymnast, who started gymnastics when she was 5 years old. As a gym mom, I have learned a lot about the sport. My son is also a former trampoline/double mini trampoline competitive athlete. I have always had a passion for watching Canadian and US gymnastics, even having attended an international competition when I attended university.

Nothing Better Than Gym Friends is the 2nd book in the series and is a 2nd/3rd grade reading level. Nothing Better Than Gym Friends appeals to 7-11 year-olds. Perfect Balance Gymnastics Books are chronological, but each story can stand alone.
